The Great Smoky Mountain Half Marathon & 5K

Imagine pounding the pavement as your race to beat your personal best, and push your limits inspired by the majestic Great Smoky Mountains surrounding you. If running is your sport, consider a vacation race like no other this September at the Great Smoky Mountain Half Marathon and 5K.  Sponsored by Vacation Races, whose motto is “Run where you play,” this event takes place in Townsend, Tennessee September 10th and 11th. They will host the 5K and fun run Friday evening and the half marathon Saturday morning.
