Guest COVID-19 Vacation Rental Guest Reservation and Cleaning Policies

We are working hard to accommodate you during your visit to the Great Smoky Mountains and we appreciate you considering Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals for your future stay.

Cancellations and Changes

Guest may cancel up to 14 days prior to check in without penalty.  Your cancellation prior to 14 days of check in will be converted to a voucher credit to a future stay less the $45 booking and processing fee to adjust the reservation.

Travel Insurance

This is the most flexible refund option.  Guests may purchase travel insurance within 24 hours of the original booking for reservations that are greater than 14 days in advance.  Guests will get a full refund for their stay less the booking fee and cost of the travel insurance plus tax.  Reservation need to be cancelled within 24 hours of check-in.  Guests need not provide a reason for cancel when using the travel insurance as there are no limitation so long as the reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to your check in date.

Cleaning Procedure

Our cleaning crews follow hospitality cleaning guidelines issued by the CDC and the Vacation Rental Managers Association.  Elk Springs Resort has our own laundry facility using commercial high temperature washers with digitally controlled and monitored laundry sanitation.

Employee Guidelines

Our Employees follow CDC guidelines for front line workers as well the Tennessee Pledge as part of the Governors Executive order regarding COVID-19 safety requirements.  Our employees follow social distancing protocol, masking and adhere to daily temperature checks and quarantine rules based on potential covid-19 exposure.    Employees are also compensated when missing work due to illness and/or potential exposure quarantine.
