Smoky Mountain Scottish Games & Festival

Celebrate the rich Scottish and Scotch-Irish heritage of original settlers to East Tennessee at the Smoky  Mountain Scottish Games & Festival. One of the oldest Scottish Festivals in the country, this festival began in 1981. It was originally held in Gatlinburg, but the festival has grown and now takes over the campus of the historic Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. You family can enjoy traditional Scottish music of bagpipes and drums, kilted athletic games, famous Highland dancing, Sheepdog demonstrations, animal exhibits, and even a supervised kids area.
