Celebrate Halloween in downtown Gatlinburg at Ripley’s Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival. This daytime event is the perfect way to “kick off” your Halloween festivities with loads of family fun. Held at Gatlinburg, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies Plaza in Gatlinburg, this year’s Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival will run from 11-5PM. It will feature candy, costumed characters, contests and much more. This festival is open to locals and guests alike and promises lots of spooktacular fun!
