The homeowner has been kind enough to share this home with many families, just like yours, that visit the Smoky Mountains. We ask that you treat this unit as you would your own home. The unit was cleaned and inspected with the anticipation of your arrival. We ask that you please make note of any missing items, damages, or anything out of the ordinary and report those to our office as soon as possible to avoid any responsibility.
For planning purposes, please note that check-out time is at 10:00am EST. We kindly ask that the condition of the rental unit at departure is the same as when you arrived.
