Reservation Charges consist of the following:

Cleaning Fee (waived for stays over 4 nights or more)

1 & 2 Bedrooms $45
3 Bedrooms $55
4 Bedrooms $60
5 Bedrooms $70

Incidental Damage Insurance:  In lieu of collecting a $500 to $1000 damage deposit, an incidental damage insurance policy covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage is included on all bookings.  This $45 fee is non-refundable.

Administrative & Hot Tub Fee:  A fee of $45 to cover the cleaning of hot tubs prior to each stay and administrative expenses is added to each booking.

Taxes:  A 12.75% state and local tax is applied to the reservation.
