Resort Information:
Located conveniently between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge at the edge of the Historic Arts and Crafts Community, Elk Springs Resort is equally secluded and convenient. With breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, Elk Springs Resort features 121 cabin sites on 68 acres. The resort is composed of 4 ridges and 3 valleys full of Hemlock, Pine, Oak, Hickory and Red Cedars; a natural spring and home to wildlife including Deer, many species of birds and an occasional Black Bear. With the objective of preserving the natural beauty of the property, the roads and cabin sites have been carefully integrated into he environment while maximizing both the views of the smoky mountains and provide the seclusion and privacy desired by many visitors.
Resort
Activities: Indoor Pool. The Gatlinburg Community Center indoor pool is located 2.2 miles from Elk Springs Resort. Heated and open all year, both adult and kids pools are located at the Community Center. [..directions..]. Elk Springs Resort's on site pool target completion is Fall 2009.
Bowling. Also located at the community center, 8 lanes are open to the public for ad hoc or group bowling. [..directions..].

Amusement Parks. Pigeon Forge is the home to Dolly Parton's famous Dollywood. Both a major amusement park featuring the world's number 1 ranked wood roller coaster as well as many other theme rides; the park also features many country music venues and traveling entertainers. Adjoining Dollywood is "Splash Country" which is Dollywood's 30 Acre water park. |

White Water Rafting and Tubing. Many outfitters can accommodate varying skill levels of rafters and for those looking for a smooth glide down the stream several tubing companies are close by to provide the equipment and transportation from down stream. Golf. Conveniently located between 2 courses, Elk Springs Resort Gatlinburg Cabins and cabin rentals is 15 minutes from both Bent Creek Golf Club and Gatlinburg Golf Course. Both feature 18 holes with many terrain changes and challenges. Dinner Shows and Theaters.
